Hosting a South Iowa Cedar League dual is what the Sigourney golf teams did on Monday and they walked away with a split against North Mahaska. 

The Savage girls shot a nine-hole tally of 200 with the Warhawks not having enough for a score. Maddie Hornback garnered medalist honors with a 44, Claire Svenby and Reggie Talbert had matching 51s, Julia VanEe 66, and Zoe Webb 68. The Savage boys were edged by North Mahaska by a 184-188 score. Clay Morse shot a 39 to lead the team, Cain Weber had a 49, Isaac Bruns 50, Brady Clark 50, and Cole McKay 50. 

Sigourney will get back at it Thursday in Brooklyn.
