A Brighton man recently pleaded guilty to felony drug charges.
Court documents show 29-year-old Shad Daniel Null was convicted on two counts of possession with intent to deliver less than five grams of methamphetamine, a class C felony. Ten-year prison sentences were suspended for Null to be placed on five years of probation, and he was ordered to spend 365 days or until maximum benefits have been achieved at a residential correctional facility. He must also pay a $1,000 fine for each count with surcharges, but was found not reasonably able to pay Category B restitution. Null was charged with class B felonies for selling meth to an individual in Brighton twice in March 2021.
