The best in Southeast Iowa Superconference boys golf will meet today at Sheaffer Memorial Golf Course in Fort Madison for the league championship meet, including five schools from the KCII listening area.

Columbus comes into the fray with their overall average of 442 per 18 holes, led by Cole Storm at 105. The Highland Huskies have a 425 team 18-hole average with Chase Schultz leading the way at 99. Hillcrest Academy checks in with a 201 nine hole average led by Jace Rempel shooting 49, Lone Tree averages 235 as a team per nine holes and Winfield-Mt. Union has a 398 average per 18-holes paced by Carter Loyd’s 95.

Other teams joining those five Wednesday include Burlington Notre Dame with their 376 team average for 18-holes led by Kaleb Allen’s 79, Central Lee with a 420 average and leader Keating Fuger at 102, Holy Trintiy Catholic with a 219 nine hole average and Blake Hemann the leader at a 50 average, Louisa-Muscatine with a 247 team score and Xander Bieri at 45, Mediapolis shooting a 193 nine hole score led by Ben Wolter’s 46, New London with a 363 18-hole average and leader Mason Shellady at 87, Van Buren enters with a 368 18-hole team average paced by T.J. Jirak’s 87, Wapello has a 407 18-hole average led by Cooper Garrison’s 99, and Danville.
