Volunteer Iowa has announced their winners for the 8th Annual Give Back Iowa Challenge, where companies encourage their employees to volunteer and log their hours to compete with other companies across the state. The participation in this year’s challenge saw double the participation from 2021 with companies split into two categories based on their size.

The winner of the large competition was the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort, which beat out second place finisher Spencer Municipal Hospital. The Riverside Casino and Golf Resort is a part of the Washington County Riverboat Foundation which just issued out their 2nd quarter Municipal Grants.
