Senator Chuck Grassley will be in Mount Pleasant on Wednesday, June 29, at 2:45 p.m. at the Airport Road Vineyard & Winery located at 2046 255th Street in Mount Pleasant.

Grassley will be conducting a Q & A with employees and business owners. 

Grassley recently stated he is looking to ease the burden on Iowa Farmers by combating a proposed rule from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) which he claims will cause “unworkable climate disclosure regulations on farmers.”

Dialogue with the Senator is scheduled for one hour.
