The Cedar Rapids Police Department arrested forty-two-year-old Nicholas Bloxham of Cedar Rapids for a warrant out of Washington County for charges of possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense, a class D felony, Sunday afternoon. The charges in Washington County were filed on June 17th, with the arrest warrant issued on June 20th.

Bloxham was transported from the Linn County Jail to the Washington County Jail and is currently being held on a $5,000 cash-only bond. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
