Members of the 4-H Garden Project or those who are interested in exhibiting their gardening skills at the Washington County Fair are encouraged to attend a meeting on July 6th which will discuss how to prepare garden produce and flowers for the fair. The meeting will be held at the Washington County Extension Office at 6:00 pm.

Those who are planning on attending the meeting are encouraged to bring a sample of their work so that they can be used as samples and so they can be workshopped for better presentation.

Judging for produce and for other gardening projects for the fair will be held from 3-6 pm on July 15th in the basement of Dallmeyer Hall. All other non-livestock judging for the fair will be held on July 16th. Those who are interested in exhibiting fresh produce at the Washington County Fair must have those projects pre-registered by July 13th on the Washington County Fair Entry Website.
