Hy-Vee, Inc. has voluntarily withdrawn all varieties and all sizes of its Hy-Vee Potato Salad and Mealtime Potato Salad due to a presumptive positive microbial result on the line that the potatoes were processed on. This is a company-wide withdrawal for Hy-Vee Inc. across its entire eight-state region, including Iowa.
As of July 1st, there have been no reports of illness or complaints involving the products in the withdrawal. Customers who have purchased any of these products are urged not to consume them and dispose of them or return them to their local Hy-Vee for a full refund.
