A fun-filled weekend is planned in Crawfordsville starting today. The annual Fun Days event kicks off with a corn hole tournament along with a special showing of the family movie Chip n Dale: Rescue Rangers in the Fire Department.

On Saturday July 9, biscuits and gravy will be served at the fire Department. A car, truck and tractor show is scheduled from 7 a.m. until noon and the Fun Days Parade is at 10 a.m.

Secretary of the Crawfordsville Community Club Jordan Hill shares his excitement for the event,”It’s a great thing for the community. It gets a lot of community members out and interacting with one another just having a good time.”

The Big Red Radio with unsung on-air hero Wilson Leppert will be joining in the fun from Crawfordsville from 8-11:30 a.m. on Saturday as part of the Big Red Radio Summer Town Tour.
