The Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested twenty-nine-year-old Lucas Ray of Kalona Wednesday at 2:56 pm. Ray had an arrest warrant out of Washington County for Identity Theft Under $1,500, a Class D felony, and a fraudulent fourth-degree practice charge.

Ray is currently being held at the Washington County Jail on a $3,000 cash-only bond. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
