As of July 1, the Mid Prairie School District has a new Superintendent. Former Head High School Principal with the Fairfield School District Brian Stone is now in place.

Stone shares some of his goals, “Clearly Mid Prairie is very very well established and has high standards and has high expectations. Now my biggest goal is to take everything in as much as possible and just look for ways to continue to build on the success that has already been established and look for ways that we can continue to look for ways to become more efficient and just more productive and just continue to build on the success that is well established here.”

The first official start date for the ‘22-’23 school year is August 23. Mid Prairie School District staff return on August 18.
