The Washington Police Department arrested fifty-two-year-old Jason Reynolds of Washington at 2175 Lexington Blvd in Washington Tuesday for violating his probation. Reynolds was awaiting a sentencing hearing for two felonious counts of possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense.
Reynolds admitted to his parole officer on June 20th, 2022, that he used methamphetamine on or about June 18, 2022. An arrest warrant was issued for Reynolds on June 22nd, which was served after a caller reported Reynolds was in the lobby of the building.
Reynolds is currently being held at the Washington County Jail on a $30,000 cash or surety bond, and his initial hearing will be July 22nd at 11:30 am at the Washington County Courthouse. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
