The Washington County Extension Office hosted a 4-H photo mounting day at Washington County Extension Office on Tuesday, July 12th. The meeting was open to all 4-H’ers who needed help or advice on how to prepare their exhibits for the upcoming Washington County Fair.

Over forty 4-H members participated in the event, and over 180-projects were completed because of the event. The 4-H volunteers and senior members that were available at photo mounting assisted the participants on their projects, such as selecting the matt board that would best accentuate their photos.

The photo exhibits will be on display starting Sunday, July 17 at 6 pm on the upper level of Dallmeyer Hall, with the other displays on the lower floor. The exhibits can be viewed Sunday 6-9 pm and Monday through Thursday 10 am– 9 pm.
