The Washington City Council will meet this week in regular session. There will be continued discussions about possible changes to parking and street regulations after the first reading of these changes was shelved after the public opinion was heard at the July 5th meeting. Mayor Jaron Rosien acknowledged that the council took the time after the July 5th meeting to make changes to the original plan based on public comment.
There will be an opportunity for public comment at the beginning of the meeting, with each participant being limited to three minutes. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 19th at 6 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers. Please contact the City Clerk’s office if you want to attend the meeting virtually.
