Visitation for 86-year-old Terry Palmer will be held Thursday, July 21st at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman from 4-7p.m. A private family burial will take place Friday, July 22nd. A celebration of life service will be held at 11a.m. Saturday, August 27th at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman. A memorial fund has been established for Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman or Hospice of Washington County.
