The suppression hearing for Willard Noble Chaiden Miller, one of two teens from Fairfield charged with murder has been rescheduled to September 1.

Miller along with Jeremy Goodale, is charged with murdering Fairfield High School Spanish teacher Nohema Graber in November of 2021.

The hearing on September 1, refers to evidence that Miller’s attorney is seeking to suppress.

The judge in the case, Shawn Showers, granted a motion by Miller to move his trial to Pottawattamie County because of extensive pretrial publicity.
