English Valleys High School Senior Kayli Mohror is the United States Trampoline and Tumbling Association (USTA) National Champion.
Mohror recently competed at the USTA T & T National Championships in Lakeland, Florida.
Mohror started gymnastics at the age of three. She started tumbling ten years ago. She credits a lot of help from her parents, Roxanne and Tim, throughout her journey. She also credits her school for being very supportive by doing strengthening work at the gym.
Mohror explains what her commitment means to her, “Everybody says to be the best you’ve gotta make it a lifestyle. I feel like I definitely did that in the end. I’m still a high schooler and I still have the moments of fun but at the end of the day I eat the way I do, I workout the way I do, I put in the extra work, I have one on one practices just because I feel the need that I need to be back in the gym, I mean so much of it has become my second home it really has because I’m there all the time just giving it my all.”
Mohror plans to continue her athletic and academic career in college.
