The Washington Police Department arrested thirty-two-year-old Scott Winchester Probasco of Washington for a warrant out of Buchanan County in the lobby of 2175 Lexington Blvd on Wednesday.
The warrant for Winchester’s arrest was for possession of methamphetamine in a correctional institution, a Class D Felony, and driving while his license was revoked. The original incident occurred on April 27th when Winchester was arrested in Independence and transported to the Buchanan County Jail, and a pipe containing meth residue was found.
Winchester was transported to the Washington County Jail and issued a $10,000 cash or surety bond. Winchester was transported to the Buchanan County Jail Wednesday night and is currently still being held at the facility. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
