Mid-Prairie Baseball is asking you to be a part of their future. In recent years, the Mid-Prairie baseball program has seen successes, including a semi-final appearance in the state tournament, two different conference titles, two district championships, and an all-time high of 50 players during the 2021 season.

In addition to regular season play, Mid-Prairie has hosted multiple post-season games.

The district is in the process of renovating Paul N. Bailey Field. The renovation  includes; full infield renovation, new fencing, a new press box, storage, and a new locker room. The total  cost is $338,000.

Superintendent of the Mid-Prairie Community School District Brian Stone updates us on the progress, “The fence is gone. It’s a big project. You can find it and access it on our website, you go to the school’s website to kind of see what’s happening. I’m beyond thankful for the people that are willing to put that time in and the finances behind that because it’s a big project and their goal, I would say, simply put is to have one of the finer facilities for baseball around.”
