A semi-truck carrying feed rolled over after trying to make the transition from the Highway 92 ramp to Highway 218 after taking the turn too fast on Sunday, August 14th, near Ainsworth. The driver Flavio Garcia-Lopez was transported to the university of Iowa Hospital at 4:16 pm that day. Washington Ambulance, Ainsworth Fire, and Ainsworth QRS all assisted at the scene. A state accident report was filed.
