A celebration of life party for 82-year-old Richard “Dick” Ramsey of Washington, formerly of Center Point and the Cedar Rapids area will be from 4-7p.m. Saturday, September 10th at the Starlite Room 3300 1st., Ave. NE in Cedar Rapids. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Franklin Junior High Athletic Department. Beatty-Peterseim Funeral, Cremation Care and Monument Services is assisting the family.
