A joyful celebration of life for 52-year-old Richard Moen of Buena Vista, Colorado, formerly of Washington, will be at 10a.m. Saturday, August 27th at the Clearview Community Church in Buena Vista. Donations can be made in his name to Darren Patterson Christian Academy or Chaffee County Search and Rescue-North.
