With the days getting shorter and the temperatures getting a little cooler the signs of summer’s end are apparent. Adding to that is the back to school routine. The summer break is coming to an end for students in the KCII listening area.
Tuesday, August 23rd is the first day of school for several area school districts. Mid-Prairie Community School District, Highland Community School District and Hillcrest Academy all will be welcoming students back. Administrators urge all drivers to be extra aware during this time as students, bus drivers and staff get back to a regular routine.
