The 33rd Annual Washington Craft Fair will be Saturday, September 10th, from 9:00 am-3:00 pm in Central Park. The Craft Fair is being put on by the Washington Chamber of Commerce and by CBI Bank & Trust and will feature almost 100 local vendors selling various items ranging from clothing and jewelry to gourmet pet treats. There will also be a multitude of food trucks at the event serving up a variety of foods, including BBQ, Homemade Pizzas, Crab Rangoon, Cheese Curds, and a mobile bar.

Alisha Davis, the event coordinator for the Washington Chamber of Commerce, spoke with KCII about how this wide variety of vendors was assembled. “Most of the vendors we get are returning from last year; we also get vendors that hear about our fair through other craft shows through word of mouth.”

Thousands of visitors are expected for this year’s craft fair, and booths are still available for vendors wishing to register, with sign-up information on the city of Washington’s website. The rain-out date for the craft fair will be September 17th.
