The WACO cross country teams made a trip south to Keokuk on Thursday for their second meet in three days. 

The boys tallied fifth out of seven teams with 126 points while Fort Madison won with 34. Isaac Rich led the Warriors in 12th out of 53 runners clocking in at 19:48. Keiran Luitjens was 22nd (20:57), Mattias Luitjens finished 26th (21:39), Tristan Luitjens 29th (21:54), Tanner Egli 37th (23:45), and Deacon Bird was 49th (27:55). The WACO girls did not have enough for a team score, but McKenzie Vradenburg placed 27th (27:56), Hannah Dennis finished in 30th (28:36), and Avery Waterhouse was 36th (35:43). 

The Warriors will get back to it tomorrow in Sigourney.
