The Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested thirty-two-year-old Coltin Ninja McRoy of Fairfield for a violation of probation warrant for Jefferson County. McRoy was arrested in Fairfield in 2019 for forgery after writing a check for $759.00 out of the victim’s bank account without their permission or signature, a Class D felony.

McRoy was placed on probation, and after several probation violations, including drug use and missing his scheduled meetings with his supervising officer, a warrant was issued for his arrest. McRoy was turned over to Jefferson County and was transported to the Jefferson County Jail, and has been issued a $5,000 cash-only bond. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
