The Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on September 26th at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The Board of Adjustment will consider an application for a variance from Pat Morgan at 420 S. C Ave. requiring a rear yard setback variance and an application for a variance from Jeff Evans at 513 S. D Ave for installation of an 8ft. privacy fence variance all under Washington Code of Ordinance Chapter 165.11. At the hearing, all parties that are interested in the application or property owners that are affected by the changes may comment.
