Sigourney Homecoming is underway this week. Students are kicking off dress-up days Monday with Little Miss and Mr. Day at the high school, and Pajama Day at the elementary school. Tye-Dye Day is Tuesday. Wednesday’s theme is 70’s Disco at the high school, and Workout Day at the elementary school. Both buildings wrap up the week with Neon Day Thursday, and School Spirit Day Friday. 

The 2022 Homecoming Court was announced last week, with Queen candidates Macy Fisch, Zoe Webb, Rain Barthelman, & Brookelyn Hemsley. This year’s King candidates include Jack Clarahan, Cole Clarahan, Carter McCoid, & DJ Hammes. 

The parade will be held Wednesday, October 5 at 6 p.m. Boom Night directly follows the parade at Cobra Field, where the King and Queen will be crowned. Cobras Football takes on Central Decatur Friday, October 7 at 7 p.m.
