A free virtual live Zoom educational class for families with children in the third through sixth grades at districts in the KCII listening area will be held this month by the interACT program

The courses will run for four weeks, every Sunday in October. Youth classes are held from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Adult classes are held from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m. The lessons will cover topics such as living a life that aligns with your values, setting goals to achieve new heights, learning new tools to connect with others, discovering new ways to be in the present moment, overcoming difficult thoughts and feelings, and much more.

Participants, both adults and children, will receive a $50 gift card upon completion of the course.
