The Kirkwood Regional Center in Washington will be holding classes for those that were arrested for an OWI over the age of 18. The class is designed to help each person reduce the risk of any alcohol or drug problem by helping them understand and accept the need to make necessary changes to reduce the risk of future problems. The class meets state requirements under sections 321J.2 and 321J.17, Subsection 2, and is open to anyone wishing to better understand their problem. Students with limited English proficiency must provide their own interpreter.

Classes will be held on November 4th from 6:00-10:00 pm and November 5th from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. Tuition for the class is $180, and materials needed for the class are $12. Contact the Kirkwood Regional Center in Washington for more information.
