Today is the opening night for the newest Washington Community Theater show, “All Because of Agatha.” All performances will be at the Washington Community Center, with shows set for today, the 15th,21st,22nd, and 23rd.

The play centers around married couple Duff & Joan O’Hara, who have bought a haunted house and must find a way to deal with the witch who returns every year. Lynn Loula, the director of the show spoke with KCII Radio about how the cast and crew are ready for opening night after six weeks of preparation.

“I’m really happy with the way the set looks; it helps set up everything and really tells the story of what has gone on in this Salem, Massachusetts, home. The actors have done a great job of really making the characters their own, and when you have a group as small as we do, it starts to feel like a little family.”

If you would like to hear more from Lynn Loula, you can listen to Thursday’s Halcyon House Washington Page online at KCIIradio.com.

All shows will begin at 7:30 pm, except for the October 23rd Sunday Matinee which will begin at 2:30 pm. Tickets can be bought online at the Washington Community Theater website, and a link to the website can be found at the bottom of the article.
