The Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Washington City Hall on Monday, October 24th, at 5:30 pm. At the meeting, the Board of Adjustment will consider an application for a variance from U.S. Cellular between 444 E. 3rd St and 600 E. 3rd St. requiring a setback variance all under Washington Code of Ordinance Chapter 165.18. At the hearing, all parties interested in said application, or if their property is affected by the application, may appear and be heard.
