Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds, Senator Dawn Driscoll, and Iowa Attorney General Candidate Brenna Bird held a rally Thursday, October 13th, at KDK Sales and Equipment Office in Washington. All three candidates gave speeches, with Reynolds and Driscoll promising the crowd that they would fight for common sense measures relating to the economy, girls’ sports in schools, and what is taught in schools. Bird promised the crowd that she would “see Joe Biden in court,” claiming that current Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller hasn’t done enough for Iowans since being elected in 1978.
Election Day is November 8th; contact the Washington County Auditor’s Office for more information about early voting, absentee ballots, and polling place locations.
