Celebration of life service for 86-year-old Patricia A. “Pat” Owens of Washington will be at 1p.m. Friday, October 21st at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Calling hours will begin at 1p.m. Thursday, October 20th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home with family present to receive friends from 5-7p.m. Interment will take place at the Cambrian Cemetery in rural Louisa County. Memorials have been established for the Washington County Hospital Foundation or Blank Children’s Hospital-Books for Harlyn.
