The tournament trail came to an end Monday night for the Hillcrest Academy Raven volleyball team, falling in a sweep at No. 14 in Class 1A New London. The Tigers took the match by scores of 25-6, 25-13 and 25-6. Top performers for Hillcrest included sophomore Malia Yoder with 15 digs and four kills. Freshman Claire Withrow added 11 assists. Freshman Niva Helmuth collected seven digs, two aces and a kill. Withrow and sophomore Kylee Statler had two kills each. With the loss, the Raven’s season comes to a close at 4-23.
