Thirty-six-year-old Christina Gray of Washington is scheduled for release from prison after serving just 15 months of a 15-year prison sentence.

On July 19th, 2021, Gray was sentenced to prison for Sex Offender Registration Violation, Second or Subsequent Offense, a Class D Felony. Gray’s sentence was enhanced because she was a Habitual Offender, meaning she had two or more prior felony convictions. She was sentenced to prison for up to 15 years with a “minimum sentence” of three years. Minimum sentences can still be subject to reduction and early parole.
