The Riverside City Council will meet on Monday, November 7th. 

Following a public forum, an update on multiple Axiom projects, including the Wastewater Plant, Railroad Park, County Line Estates, 3rd Street, and sewer service lines repair for Saint Mary’s Street, will be discussed.

The council will also consider a resolution to approve public improvements to the Northern Heights Detention Basin, as well as a public hearing for the Wastewater Treatment Plant plans and specifications.

An ordinance concerning the distribution of taxes levied on taxable property in the Northern Heights housing urban renewal area will also be read. 

There will be a report from the city administrator.

The meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. in the Riverside Council Chambers, 60 North Greene Street, and will be recorded and can be viewed live on the city website, www.riversideiowa.gov.
