Funeral services for 94-year-old Robert “Bob” Lucas Livingston will be at 3p.m. Friday, November 11th at the Limestone Chapel in Athens, Alabama. Graveside services will be at 1p.m. Thursday, November 17th at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington with military honors provided by Washington American Legion Post 29.
