With current Superintendent and High School Principal Jim Henrich retiring after this school year, the Keota School Board has hired Grundmeyer Leader Services to support their search for his replacement.

As the search gets underway, the school board has released a survey for all stakeholders, including students, staff, parents, and community members. The survey gives all participants a chance to identify the strengths and areas for improvement within the district, as well select the skills and qualifications they most desire in the new hire.

Survey responses are requested by the end of the month. The application period is currently underway until January 4, and the board will review the candidates on January 12. Candidates will be screened on January 25, with formal interviews scheduled for February 2.
