goodale

The trial for Jeremy Goodale, one of two Fairfield teens being charged with the 2021 murder of Nohema Graber, has been delayed until May 15 of next year.

Goodale’s pre-trial conference is scheduled for May 4 at the Jefferson County Courthouse. The actual trial will be held in Davenport. Willard Miller, the other teen charged, will be tried on March 20 in Council Bluffs. Both trials were moved from Fairfield earlier this summer due to the extensive publicity surrounding the case.

Both teens are being tried as adults, and charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit a forcible felony.

KCII will have more information as it becomes official.
