Celebration of life service for 89-year-old William Horning of Washington will be held at 2p.m. Thursday, December 1st at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Calling hours will begin Thursday, Dcember 1st at noon with family present to greet friends from 1-2p.m. at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Interment with military honors will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County.
