The Paws and More Animal Shelter in Washington are holding its low-cost Spay and Neuter day Monday, December 19th. They work with the Iowa Humane Alliance in Cedar Rapids to offer a low-cost spay/neuter day once a month for the public. Prices for these services are $35 for Feral or Barn Cats, $40 for domestic Cats, $65 for Male Dogs, $80 for  Female Dogs, $50 for Male Rabbits, $75 for Female Rabbits, and $40 for Male Guinea Pigs.
