The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk girls wrestling team was all business on their final dual road trip of the season, sweeping Mount Vernon and Solon in a Thursday triangular. The Hawks beat the Mustangs 48-30. Mid-Prairie got wins in contested matches from Ashlee Farrier at 125lbs by fall, Marissa Cline at 130 by fall, Ellie Brenneman at 135 by fall, Grace Conway at 140 by fall, Mia Garvey at 155 by fall and Ellie Callahan at 190 by fall.

Mid-Prairie closed the deal with a 54-30 win over the Spartans on their home mat. The Hawks got wins in contested matches from Ashlee Farrier at 125lbs by fall, Marissa Cline at 130 by fall, Ellie Brenneman at 135 by fall, Grace Conway at 140 by fall, Mardie Berry at 155 by fall, and Ellie Callahan at 190 by fall.

The Mid-Prairie girls finish their dual season with a 7-1 record. They close the regular season tomorrow at the Colfax-Mingo Tournament.
