Art Domestique in Washington will hold a sketch club on February 8th and 22nd from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. This club is hosted by artist Kathleen Almelien who has taught for 44 years. The club’s purpose is to gather together and practice your drawing skills. This is a good fit for beginning drawers and artists that want to practice their craft. The focus is mainly black and white and can either be done in pencil or with pen and ink. The cost of each session is $15. Participants should bring their sketchbook and pencils. This club is held on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month. If you have questions about this club you can call the Art Domestique gallery at 319-653-8550.
