Two Mid-Prairie Speech Team groups are scheduled to perform today at the All-State Festival in Ames.

Under the direction of coach, Christine Meader, the Musical Theatre Group of Haydon Bailey, Jack Greiner, and Avery Slaubaugh are scheduled to perform at 11:50 a.m. They will be followed at 2:25 p.m. by Kenadi Fay and Jillian Clark in Group Improvisation.

The students earned the opportunity to perform at the festival by receiving a nomination at the State Contest in Cedar Rapids. Only about five percent of groups who make it to the event receive a nomination.
