A trio of Sigourney Savage boys’ basketball players are earning recognition for their efforts on the court this season. Three Sigourney players received all-conference accolades from the South Iowa Cedar League after the Savages went 13-10.

Sophomore Isaac Bruns receives second-team honors. Bruns had team highs for Sigourney by averaging better than 13 points, eight rebounds, two assists and two steals. Sharp-shooting senior Karson Weber receives honorable mention after putting up 11 points per game and hitting over 34 percent of his three-pointers. Senior forward Cole Clarahan is also named honorable mention all-conference after posting six points and six rebounds per contest.
