The Washington Demon boys and girls bowling teams traveled to Rose Bowl in Muscatine this month to vie for bids to the state meet. The Demon boys posted a 1057 team score led by Quintin Garibay’s 459. His best game was his third, where he rolled a 184. Gabriel Castillo finished with a 341 and Cooper Zahs 257.

The Washington girls finished with a 904 team score. Emma Chenoweth led the Demons with a 382. Her high game was her second with a 164. Brittany Diveney finished with a 273 and Emma Loeffler rolled a 258.
