Washington High School students participated in the Youth Art Month (YAM) Show. Two high school students had two pieces selected for this show, Mikaila Matheson and Makayla Fonseca. Three of the pieces will be on display at Jordan Creek Mall in Des Moines in March. In addition, one of Fonseca’s pieces made it to the Governor’s Show, and her work will be displayed in the Governor’s Office during the month of March.
