The arraignment date has been set for the felony sex abuse case against Washington Mayor, Jaron Rosien for next week. Rosien was charged with Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree, a Class C Felony. An agent of the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation conducted an interview of a 27-year-old male who had filed a report to the Washington Police Department. The report in question stated that the male had sustained unwanted and inappropriate touching by Rosien. The date for the arraignment is Friday March 24th, at 9am at the Washington County Courthouse.
