The Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Civil Office, Jail, and Communications Center’s non-emergency phone lines are experiencing an outage. The outage began early this weekend and continues today. The provider, Windstream Communications, advised that there is a “higher level outage affecting multiple customers in the area”. Windstream technicians are working on the issue but are not able to provide an estimate as to when service will be fully restored.
